Due to the nature of our products, and for safety and contamination concerns, Soaphisticated do not accept refunds or exchanges.
Soaphisticated only accepts returns for:
Damaged or defective product(s)
Wrong product(s) shipped by the seller
Wrong, Incomplete or Outdated Address
Please double check that your address is correct when placing your order as we don’t provide refunds for orders lost in transit due to wrong, incomplete or outdated addresses. If the order is directly sent back to us due to any of these errors, and the items are intact, you can choose between getting a refund or getting it reshipped to the correct address. If you want us to ship the item again, you will need to pay for the new shipping. If you choose to get a refund, we will refund the amount of the items minus a 20 % restocking fee. Shipping costs are not refunded.

Package Not Picked Up or Refused
If you do not pick up your package, refuse it or refuse customs charges and it therefore gets returned to us, we will refund your order minus shipping costs and a 20 % restocking fee. If you are ordering a gift that is being sent directly to the recipient and the order will be subject to customs charges, please let the recipient know in advance.

Items Damaged Upon Delivery
If one or all items are damaged upon delivery, we need photo proof of damage on the product(s) as well as packaging in order to assess the extent of a refund (partial or full). There is no need to send the item back to us if the item is substantially damaged during shipping to you.

Wrong or Missing Items
Mix ups can occur on our part, and if your order is lacking one or several products, or if you received the wrong item, please let us know shortly after receiving your order so that we can correct the error.

Package Lost During Transit
It is highly unusual that packages get lost in the mail, but if your order does get lost in the mail it qualifies for a full refund. Please let us know if your order is taking abnormally long to get to you. If the order has not arrived after 8 weeks, it is considered lost in the mail unless there are known unusual circumstances causing the delay.

Discount Codes, Loyalty Programme, Gifts
Please note that we do not extend any expiry of credit. All cashback must be used within the active period stated.
No discount codes/credit can be added to orders that have already been paid and refunds will not be given for missing coupon codes.
Only one discount code can be applied per order. You may use the other discount code for your next purchase within its active period.
Products Orders
Orders will be packed and shipped out within 3 working days. Delivery timeline varies according to courier service timeline.
Please note that orders that have been place should be paid within 3 working days, thereafter we will clear your shopping cart and release the products.
